The accommodation

The Riad was completely renovated in 2023. It offers modern comfort in keeping with Moroccan tradition.
Designed to accommodate a maximum of 13 people, the fully-equipped kitchen is at your disposal, along with a large, cosy lounge where you can relax or enjoy your meals. There is also a large-screen TV with all the international channels. The Riad is equipped with fibre-optic internet access and offers a powerful connection.

Inside the patio, you can relax with friends or family in the refreshing pool. Here you can read, enjoy an orange juice freshly squeezed by our housekeeper or a mint tea.

The house has six spacious air-conditioned bedrooms. Each has its own bathroom with toilet and shower. For maximum comfort, bath and bed linen and toiletries are provided. Housekeeping is included.

On the top floor, you’ll find a large terrace with a solarium. Here you can enjoy breakfast.
You’ll certainly appreciate the magnificent sunsets.

Everything is air-conditioned (or heated, depending on the season), so you can enjoy the place in summer and winter alike.

The entire Riad is available for private use during your stay.
Breakfast is included in the price.

Access for travellers

During your stay, you will have access to the entire house and will be the only occupants of the Riad, as our travellers like to get together with their friends.

Please note that noisy parties are forbidden in order to respect the calm of the neighbourhood.

You can visit the whole city on foot.

Other comments

We would like to draw parents’ attention to the presence of a pool inside the accommodation. This requires vigilance on their part for young children.

We fully comply with Moroccan legislation; a marriage certificate is required for couples of Moroccan nationality at check-in.

Bachelor parties and other celebrations of this type are not suitable for the Riads.
